Spring has arrived in Arizona. Now is the perfect time to head outside and enjoy all that the area has to offer, especially before the heat of summer comes. Here are some of the best spring events near Tucson to add to your calendar.
Agave Heritage Festival
This festival runs from April 23 through May 5 and celebrates everything about the agave plant. It is an adults-only festival and you have to be at least 21 years of age to attend. There will be dinners, exhibits, talks, and tours across several venues including The Carriage House and Maynards Market & Kitchen.
Wilcox Wine Country Spring Festival
The Arizona Wine Growers Association will present the best wine the state has to offer at this annual event. It will run May 18 and 19 at the historical Railroad Park in Wilcox. It has been named one of the top 10 wine festivals in North America.
The Tucson 23: Mexican Food Festival
If your dad loves Mexican food, take him out for Father’s Day to this fantastic festival of food. Head to the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa on June 15. There are a few hotel packages available if you want to turn it into a full weekend event. The festival includes food demos, live music, education classes, and, of course, samples.
If you are looking for a way to maximize your vehicle dollars, the 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander is a wise decision. Not only is the Outlander the most affordable three-row crossover in its class, but it also recently earned a Kelley Blue Book 5-Year Cost to Own award.
“Outlander offers consumers one of the best value packages in an incredibly popular segment, and Kelley Blue Book’s 5-Year Cost to Own Award is a testament to that value,” said Mark Chaffin, COO, MMNA. “Boasting the lowest projected long-term operating costs in its segment, the Mitsubishi Outlander continues to impress consumers and offers the safety, dependability and conveniences they are looking for in a CUV.”
The KBB 5-Year Cost to Own awards are given out to the vehicles with the lowest predicted ownership costs over the course of five years. This includes the initial purchase price along with state fees, fuel costs, insurance, depreciation, and maintenance and repair costs. The Outlander was praised for its low cost, lower rate of depreciation, and low state fees.
Enhancing the Outlander’s value even more, beyond five years, is its 10-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty. The Outlander has also been recognized for its safety. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) named it a Top Safety Pick, when equipped with available safety equipment.
Experience the 2019 Outlander for yourself when you stop by Quebedeaux Mitsubishi. You’re sure to fall in love with this affordable, well-rounded CUV.
